The right person for a position at Vicia is looking for more than just a punch in, punch out, but to learn from some of the best in our industry about everything from hospitality, farming, how to work seasonally with every part of the plant, and the ins and outs of wine and beverage. We provide a fun but professional environment, heavily focused on education, with opportunities for advancement as we grow. Monthly field trips to visit farmers and artisans are a great way to meet new people and learn about who we source from. Our staff library is stocked with a diverse selection of cookbooks, memoirs, and magazines to keep you engaged. Daily family meal is served to bring the whole team together.
