In 2018 we're excited to introduce you to some of the wonderful and creative cooks and service professionals that make Vicia a special place through a series of dinners inspired by a cuisine or ingredient that they're passionate about. 


Please join us on Wednesday January 24th for our first installment hosted by Sous Chef Patrick Seibold. Vicia will be hosting a communal Bo Ssam dinner at our fireside table celebrating Missouri heritage breed pigs, vegetables, and craft beer.

Inspired by a traditional Korean communal dining experience, Chef Patrick is excited to create "a chance for people to share an interactive, fireside meal that features some of the best ingredients and beer that Missouri has to offer." 

The menu will include: 

Maine Oysters
Seasonal Crudité

Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder
- Scallion/garlic salsa
- Charred cabbage and mustard sauce
- Fermented chili oil
Napa cabbage leaves (Ssam)
Pickled radishes
Missouri grains

Your ticket includes a welcome fireside cocktail, two-course Bo Ssam dinner, and local craft beer to pair with the menu. Our full bar is also-available. 

Price: $65 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Start time 7:00 PM.
