• Competitive wages and team compensation: all hourly team members (kitchen and service) share tips evenly on top of hourly wages. Hourly rates range from $25 an hour and up.
• All employees eligible for 5 paid sick days after 30 days.. 5 days paid vacation offered after 1 year of employment.
